The district takes its name from the golf-led plan behind it: fairways, landscaped open space and low-rise homes in place of high-rise towers.
Homes here are villas and townhouses with private gardens, and at Paradise Hills every home comes with its own pool, giving families room inside and out.
Highway links run north towards Al Barsha, Dubai Marina and Downtown Dubai, while Dubai Sports City and Motor City next door add schools, shops and sport.
Dubai Golf City is still growing, with new gated communities under way. Gulf Land's Paradise Hills, a collection of 170 villas and townhouses, is 85% complete.
Dubai Golf City is a small, low-density villa district, so too few homes change hands to publish its own averages. Here are the 2026 figures for its villa neighbours, alongside the facts on Gulf Land's Paradise Hills.
